Class Location:

P6 classes in Southern California are usually held at 26300 La Alameda in Mission Viejo.

Class Hours:

This 2-day course runs 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. each day. Course may end earlier depending upon enrollment.

Class Format:

Hands-On and Instructor-Led.

Classroom Details:

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of class. Computers with the P6 software loaded are provided for use during class, so there is no need to bring your own. You will receive a link via email for the course manual, which you can print if you wish, however, a manual will also be displayed digitally during class.

Advanced Course Prerequisites:
Primavera P6 Professional Fundamentals class or equivalent knowledge.

Course Summary:

This 2-day P6 Professional course provides in-depth resource and cost management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution.

Building off skills learned in the Professional Fundamentals course, the Professional Advanced course covers advanced topics in resource management and project management. Topics include managing resource allocation, futureperiod bucket planning, resource leveling and earned value analysis. .

Hands-on workshops provide an opportunity to apply new skills and functionality.
