Class Hours:
This 2-day course runs 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. each day. Course may end earlier depending upon enrollment.

Class Details:
This class is conducted live, this is not video-based training. Students can ask questions and interact similar to attending in-person.
Class is conducted using Mircosoft Teams. Students will need a computer preferably with VoIP, speakers (or headset) with microphone, or use a speakerphone (if no VoIP is available, which might incur phone charges). A strong and reliable internet connection is also required.
Dual monitors, a two-system setup, or a tablet in addition to computer is recommended, so that one monitor can be used to view working in P6 and the other to view the course manual or instructor's screen. Students do not need P6 on their computers to attend. Students will connect remotely, via a secure portal, to the training lab in order to use the P6 software.
Students will receive a digital copy of the course manual prior to class and will receive a digital certificate of completion after class, upon full class completion. Students will have virtual access to the training lab for 2 weeks to practice.
Advanced Course Prerequisites:
Primavera P6 Professional Fundamentals class or equivalent knowledge.
Course Summary:
This 2-day Advanced P6 Professional course provides in-depth resource and cost management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution.
Building off skills learned in the Professional Fundamentals course, the Professional Advanced course covers advanced topics in managing resource allocation, future-period bucket planning, resource leveling, earned value analysic, updating baselines and top-down budgeting.
Hands-on workshops provide an opportunity to apply new skills and functionality.
